We like the food, the slides, the pools, the games and animators. The whole hotel and the apartment were very clean, facilities were great, the staff was very kind, the animation program and games were very entertaining, the service was amazing. We loved our stay 10/10. We would love to come back another year.
The free zone of the beach next to the hotel was very small.

Wow!!!
Everything was spotlessly clean, deserving a true 10/10 rating. There was an abundant variety of great food, and the service throughout our stay was excellent, friendly, and attentive. We would highly recommend this hotel to families and would love to return!

i liked that it’s clean, housing were amazing, every morning cleaning services were great!
everything was good 👍🏻 the major problem for us was that we are in a bulgarian resort and 99% of the staff couldn’t speak bulgarian or english, so very hard to communicate.
