The property is gorgeous, and the food is good Thai food. We loved being able to swim and spend time in solitude with the back porch area!
A bit of small bugs (like ants every once in a while), but that’s been consistent throughout Thailand. We found that it was quite clean overall.

Lush green hotel with serene pool and ample breakfast buffet. The location is also peaceful near the hills away from traffic and chaos of downtown.
The facilities were so what dated but appreciate the Lanna wood style.

The presentation and atmosphere of the facility was absolutely wonderful. I loved the garden, balcony and how private it felt.
The bathroom needed work. There was loose tiles in the floor that was rather concerning. The PowerPoints were coming off the fixtures which was dangerous. The shower was a big disappointment as it was inconsistent and we could only either have extremely hot or cold showers.

Nice site among the trees and a very nice garden.
However, opened 10 years ago, the rooms need to be renovated, especially bathrooms and the ground floor.
The lack of maintenance and renovation.
Breakfast could get more assortment - no bakery as example -
