The staff does not know English, at all. Most calls to the reception or to room service ended up "calling the manager because the employees simply do not speak English. Room service food is not good, neither is the breakfast. Coffee arrives in about 20 minutes from when you ask. The gym is ok but not equipped enough. The pool outside is nice. The room however was amazing. I would come back for the good price and great infrastructure but staffing is really horrible and it leaves a bad impression.

Good location, theres swimming hat for lending, sweet polite frontdesk and housekeeping. There was an incident during my stay, all their staff reacted swiftly and proposed a compensation plan. Definitely will revisit, exceptional hospitality.

Nothing special on the view, which is known before making reservation.

Top class and quality for the whole stay. We've stayed in top hotels around the world and this stay was right up there. Top quality facilities and faultless service.

The view isn't the best in Guangzhou.
