Ambience , staff polite
Clean and hygiene and totally worth it
Break fast varieties were less this time as being regular customer of this property

I liked the welcome smiles by those serving during breakfast time
I had a horrible experience when I arrived , I don’t remember the nite lady on duty on the 16th June nite when I reached the hotel but thanks the Prachi ur floor manager who came to my rescue after 2 hrs of torture by the nite reception lady , she should not be allowed to treat a guest so badly

The swimming pool and the breakfast spots were quite good. Room was ok too.
Staff, not returning change, over charging you and the lack of respect for women in this place.
