Hotel Gran Ms Kyoto

Camere confortevoli, posizione ottima per raggiungere tutte le destinazioni in quanto vicina ai mezzi pubblici di trasporto. Zona centrale che offre ogni tipo di servizio, dai ristoranti allo shopping.

Zona fumatori troppo vicina all'ingresso e all'area ristoro dove l'odore di fumo disturba maggiormente.

Hotel Gran Kyoto were excellent.I enjoyed staying here the one night I had there. An error on my end at check in was overlooked and they were accomodating. I had everything I ever needed, it was comfortable and clean. For the price I paid I can have no complaints It's in a great spot for tourist activities. The Geisha part of town is a 10 minute walk away, there are temples to view and of course the famous market is nearby too. For bits you can't get too local buses and trains are nearby. This was the most convenient hotel I booked whole in Japan.

My only tiny gripe is that the technology is a little behind and there are no usb ports to charge your stuff. You will need an adaptor and really if you're travelling you should have one, so that's on me rather then them As I say the one small improvement

Had a water bubbler in the lobby, a spacious common space, and ammenities to grab near the elevator. The room was spacious compared to many other hotels and it was very clean. Note that you can't see out the window and have to ask to open it. The AC was nice and strong. Clean room. The water dispenser in the lobby was a life saver in the blistering heat of summer.

I liked the staff they were very nice location is great.

It was very noisy all night they were doing construction until 2 am kept me up. Also No Coffee or Tea in the lobby area.
