A/C was very loud, the one in the living room/kitchen was not cool enough.

The location is really good and well connected. It is near the shop and the beach. The room is clean. The bed and pillows are comfy. Staff are nice and professional. They offered us an umbrella as well with the option of leaving our luggage before and after check in.

-The room was so cold in May with no heating and no sufficient bed sheets. We had the roof top room so we could not open the ceiling window (only one) as it was raining all day, with this, the room was humid and suffocating. -The hair dryer is connected to the wall with a short cord and only works with continuous pressure. If you lift your finger, the dryer turns off. -Also, neither the stove nor the gas worked so we could not heat water for tea. -the phones do not work and are not directly connected to the reception as the main hotel is Villa Romana, and no one picked up my call on the number they gave me in case I needed their assistance. -shower is not movable so you must shower your hair. Bring a plastic head cover for your hair, just in case.

There are pictures of a terrace in description but we didn't get one. Missing shampoo. Some kitchen tools were broken. We had a roll of kitchen paper that was almost finished. It was a bit dirty. Bathroom tools were very old, we didn't dare to use them. Overall lacking attention.

Nice location, friendly staff, spacious

The matrices were not very firm, and in general the apartment was not very clean. The shower was tiny and the bathroom needed a renovation.

view of balcony was very good. (only upper rooms) But didnt clean hence we had to wear our slippers to go out.

Location is not so good.You need to walk nearby the main road. Bathroom completely disaster. Wash cabin is for hobbits and too old. Hair dryer better to not use. Some strange noises coming from toilet. Handle of washing faucet is missed. Air condition is not work

Clean, cozy and quiet.

Need to checkin in different location, and when walk about 5-7 minutes to the actual property, so if you have luggage, have this in mind.
