A truly warm and genuine hospitality experience! ❤️
The owner is a very kind and humble person. He even volunteered to pick us up and helped us explore nearby locations using his own car without charging anything extra. His kindness and willingness to help really made our stay special. 🙏
The breakfast was also delicious, especially the pol roti and traditional curries. 😋🍛
The location is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, with a calm and misty atmosphere—perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a quiet getaway. 🌿🌫️

Der Besitzer und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gleich bei Ankunft wurde uns warmer Tee und Kekse serviert. Er hat uns sehr engagiert geholfen, kurzfristig Tickets für den Zug nach Ella zu bekommen und hat uns super Sitzplätze organisiert.
Das Zimmer war hinter einer Glastüre mit Vorhang direkt neben dem Wohn-/Esszimmer. Hier essen die Gäste morgens und abends. Das Zimmer und vorallem das Bad entsprechen nicht den Fotos! Es ist zum Teil sehr alt, kaputt und nicht sauber. Es kann sehr kalt werden, es sind aber genügend Decken vorhanden. Um ins Haus zu kommen, muss man die Inhaber per WhatsApp anschreiben. Das Frühstück ist typischerweise für Sri Lanka sehr einfach, war bisher aber das schlechteste das wir auf unserer Reise hatten. Am ersten Abend kamen wir sehr spät an und haben daher das Angebot gerne angenommen, vor Ort zu essen. Allerdings war der Preis sehr unverschämt. 3000 LKR pro Person für Rice und Curry.
