The property location on the edge of the sand dunes and a short walk to a beach was great, the only downside if one ,was the tricky route to it , in and out of a nice estate , you need satnav , but only 10 mns to Porthcawl
The sunny aspect of the living room looking out onto a small garden area , which just needs a few large artificial plants to brighten it up

Great location with the dunes and the beach literally out the back gate. Couple of pubs and a well stocked CoOp a 10 minute walk and Porthcawl about a 30 minute walk.
Property had everything you needed and more and was really well maintained.
Good communication with the owners.
