Historic and quiet St. Joseph neighborhood: Lovely comfortable 100 yo two story
Un cottage a due piani con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni a pochi isolati dalla spiaggia, nel centro di St. Giuseppe e molti altri St. Attrazioni e punti di interesse di Joseph. Perfetto per una o due famiglie. 8 posti letto in più, con angolo cottura al piano superiore e cucina completa al piano di sotto. Parcheggio per 2 auto e una facile passeggiata a Silver Beach, fontana, ristoranti e molte altre attrazioni locali. Internet WiFi gratuito, aria condizionata centralizzata. Griglia a carbone all'esterno con doccia esterna per piedi sabbiosi.

The Little Cottage is our favorite place to stay on Lake Michigan. It’s cozy, comfortable, plenty of space for our 4 kids (3 teenagers!) and such a great location for walking downtown and to the beach. Chris and Dave are wonderful hosts and couldn’t be any kinder or more responsive. Thank you for another lovely stay in St Joe!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we are always pleased. There is plenty of room with the upstairs apartment. It is a 100 y/o home though so electrical outlets are in short supply. We brought a couple of power strips to help as my daughter and her partner had to work remotely. The lightbulbs in the LR lamps are pretty dim - next year I'll bring mine to switch out while we are there. I need a lot of light to read at night as we did not even turn on the TV. There was one minor issue after the rainstorm and the owners responded almost immediately and it was resolved within a few hours. Everything was great and we hope to book again for next year. We can walk everywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

This property is a convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Check in was easy. Plenty of room for everyone.
