Prachtig uitzicht gecombineerd met heel gezellig personeel die graag helpt en de braai was ook heel leuk
Enkel de harde broodjes aan het ontbijt, buiten dit was het voortreffelijk!

The view and the estate are quite impressive. The estate is in the middle of nature and also features some animals. The breakfast was quite nice as well.

The location is stunning! The host (Andy) and his team are incredible and you can see that they love their job! Andy even build a small fence to protect our daughter from falling off the deck. It’s a place to fully relax after a great day in Tsitsikamma national park.

The hospitality from Andy and the staff is great, they make you feel at home. The location is amazing. If you visit south africa, you want to to stay here!

Een fantastische plek midden in de natuurlijk. Heel erg lekker om even van de drukte te ontsnappen. De eigenaar Andy is een geweldige man met hele lieve medewerkers die je verblijf compleet maken. Als het mooi weer is maak je kans op een braai en daar moet je bij zijn!!! Erg lekker vlees en super entertainment. De kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik zou hier zeker vaker terug gaan. Er zitten ook nog eens heel veel leuke activiteiten in de buurt.

It’s not only a great place to sleep, but also a whole experience. Andy organised a family braai, which was lovely. The rooms are clean and cosy. We even got an upgrade for the last night. Definitely recommend this place!!

Tolle Lage in den Bergen von Plettenberg.
Andy ist ein toller Gastgeber mit einem super freundlichen Team an seiner Seite. Man merkt die Freude an der „Arbeit“. Abends gab es ein traditionelles Braai mit netten Unterhaltungen und einen tollen Feeling.
Die Lodge ist total liebevoll eingerichtet. Toller Ausblick vom Pool und von der Terrasse.
Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.

Sehr schöne Lage mitten in der Natur, Andy ist ein super Gastgeber, das Team ist topp, der Braii ist mit den unterschiedlichen Gästen echt spitze gewesen, tolles Essen mit einer kleinen Gesangseinlage vom Team, einfach hervorragend, wir würden sofort wiederkommen

Personeel heel vriendelijk, ontbijt super! Locatie is uitstekend uitkijkend op de bergen. Fantastisch. Wij hebben onwijs genoten hier. Nog een avond een braai gehad, dit was super geregeld en onwijs gelachen.

De staff! De host is erg persoonlijk en vriendelijk. Daarnaast mag de rest van de staff niet ontbreken erg vriendelijk, je voelt je direct thuis. Prima ontbijt en eventueel mogelijkheid tot een lekkere traditionele braai.

We enjoyed everything. It's a great place, a little bit out of Plettenberg but not too for away. The breakfast, rooms and staff are very nice. Definetely a recommender!

Andy and his team have built something truly extraordinary here. The views are breathtaking and the rooms are nicely decorated. As a couple, we didn’t mind the open plan bathroom - very stylish. Make sure to stay for the braai where you spend an evening with Andy and the other guests - it’s an experience like no other. We will definitely come back!

This place crept into our hearts (so did the owner Andy and Max). What a grandiose place: the location on the mountain with a magnificent view, the beautiful design rooms (in old stables), the beautiful terrace with the lovely pool, the delicious breakfast by Andy and Erny and the good and nice conversations! This place breathes passion and love, you can feel it. We will definitely return one day…

The location is great. Lovely views and space for nature walks. The food was wonderful.
The bathroom's window could be seen through, so I did not feel private when I showered. We showered with the lights off.

Howberry Hills is so beautiful. The view from the terrace is amazing and the rooms have everything you need. I also highly recommend having dinner at the accommodation. Doris is a superb chef!

Nice location. Love the vineyards and outdoor lifestyle.
1. No plug near a mirror. Blowdry your hair on top of the kettle(jig)....then ran to the mirror to look at your hair!!! Big nono!
2. While eating breakfast the gardener uses a blower to clean the space from leafs...I really think he can do it after breakfast and before lunchtime.

Karin and her family run this beautiful farm with such generosity and fun. It’s really a pleasure staying here. The views are amazing. the food (made by one of the owners Doris) is perfect. if you’re staying in Plettenberg Bay you should visit Howberry Hills. Tip: when booking ask for a room in the renovated stables. They are absolutely beautiful.
No solution for load shedding, but very understandable since generators are so expensive.

It was a bumpy road to arrive to our destination, but once we got there the scenery was amazing. Very calming and quiet surrounding to relax. Our arrival was very welcoming and even though we arrived later in the evening, the hosts were really helpful when we hadn't had our dinner yet. We very much appreciated this.

We absolutely LOVED it here! What an amazing location where we were captured by the peaceful surroundings with lovely people and dog Emma. Everything was so well arranged, we would love to come back! Rooms have a great style, are clean and breakfast is yum. amazing!

Install Aircon in the rooms. Summer time is extremely hot and uncomfortable.
