Interessato a tubing o semplicemente a calci indietro per una vacanza riposante mentre ascolti i suoni del fiume sotto il bellissimo mazzo? Se è così, questa casa è perfetta per te. Si trova su River Road vicino a New Braunfels, in Texas, e si trova su 100 piedi di facciata del fiume Guadalupe direttamente sulla pietra calcarea naturale "Chute" sul fiume tra il 2 ° e il 3 ° attraversamento del fiume. Avrai DIRECT RIVER ACCESS quindi è perfetto per giocare o semplicemente per rilassarti mentre guardi gli altri galleggiare nel fiume sottostante. Il mazzo è a DESTRA sull'acqua!

We had a great trip! The location is great, right on the chute. Great place to set up and stay in the river all day. The outside had some trash and the grill was filthy. I blame that on previous owners, neighboring campsite, and wind. Overall I recommend. We have to keep the river and rentals clean.

Location was amazing!! The neighbors were horrible!!! They didn’t follow the rules of the loud music after dark. Couldn’t enjoy the evening. No washer at this location but was listed as available.

We enjoyed our stay but was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. The walls and floors were VERY dirty. I don’t think they’ve been mopped or wiped down in months. There was trash(Confetti, paper, empty cans, etc) between the wall and bunk beds and trash in the fold out couch in the living area. The yard has not been maintained in quite some time. It was mowed but hasn’t seen a weed eater, edger or trimmers in awhile. The water front wasn’t appealing because there was just no care to the property. There was lots of trash on the ground on the side of the house. The listing stated there was a washer and dryer. There was no washer at all. The WIFI is non existent. The tv doesn’t work at all. Needless to say, we left a day early. The only positive that I have is the location was ok. All in all, would I rent this property again. No! Very misleading.
