Very nicely located apartment with a great outdoor space. The apartment was perfect for us with our 3mo old son. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Checkin/out process and overall communication was perfect. Would recommend.

Antibes is a truly wonderful, relaxing and magical place with a "village" feel. Gerald met us outside the apartment and explained everything. A lovely genial chap. The balcony is the main feature of the apartment being so large and sheltered with a huge wraparound canopy. The aircon was a blessing too. Would live to return.

Perfect two week family holiday! From check in and through out our stay, Celine and Gérald where attentive to all our needs. The location of the apartment is perfect for access to Old Antibe and the surrounding beaches. The terrace is exceptional, with great views of the surrounding area and sea. We are a family of 5 and the size of the property was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Great stay in Antibes old town. Great apartment for the five adults in out family. Despite the central location really quiet , also on the outside lovely patio overlooking the rooftops and sea view. Friendly and helpful hosts. Other guests should note the 50+ starcase steps to the apartment. No problem if you are reasonably fit. The reward is the lovely scenery from the patio.

This property was perfect for our stay. The veranda and view were fantastic! As other reviewers have pointed out, there are stairs to get to the apartment, but that wasn’t an issue for us and Gerald was super helpful with our bags. The location was close to old town market, a beach and the Picasso museum. We also found walking to and from the train station very doable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The deck makes this apartment, it is wonderful. The property is well equipped, the location is phantastic. We will be back.

Perfect location in the Old Town with open air market every day, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. The beach and the yacht harbor close by. Only drawback is the four flights of stairs to reach the apartment at the top…with the view of the Mediterranean, it’s worth it!

This well-organized, centrally-located, apartment is the perfect place to stay if you want to get the most of your visit to the old city. It is an easy walk from the train station, and located on a quiet street just blocks away from the Marché provençal, where you can find fresh food, herbs, flowers, wines, and more. Walk in any direction and you will find colorful, reasonably priced clothing shops, food specialty items, chocolates, and of course wine and freshly made baguettes. The merchants are very nice and even if you choose just to relax and window shop, the old architecture, the cobblestone streets, and the open squares where you can sit in the sunshine and enjoy a café, pull you in to the Antibes experience. For art and history lovers, both the Picasso and Archeology museums are literally minutes away. You will never get tired of the view from the apartment's covered balcony, which overlooks the turquoise Mediterranean Sea (located just two blocks away). The apartment is large but homey. The owners pay lots of attention to details and have tried to accommodate every need. There is lots of storage so you can spread out without feeling cramped. There are split units for AC and heating. The lighting is good, the furniture (especially the beds) are comfortable. The owner and property managers are friendly, helpful and very attentive. One caution is that the apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no lift. So this would not be a good choice for someone with mobility issues. In addition, the apartment itself is two floors, and the stairs are narrow and steep. People with young, unsupervised, small children should not consider this property. We don'y usually write so much, but this place was special. We loved this apartment 100% and look forward to returning soon!

Apartment gut ausgestattet, sauber. Tolle Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Großzügige Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht. Klimaanlage vorteilhaft. Gérald stets hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko: An-und Abreise, weil man nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken kann, um aus-bzw. einzuladen. Parkhaus Gebühr wurde nach Rücksprache kurzfristig übernommen. Sportlich: Lage im 3. Geschoss nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Aussicht belohnt aber alles. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Grand appartement fonctionnel, propre et confortable, très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied en quelques minutes. La grande terrasse aménagée avec une belle vue mer est très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hôtes, soucieux de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour. Nous sommes ravis de cette semaine à Antibes.

Super udsigt Til havet og byen og meget centralt for den gammel by. Ca 5 min til fine strande. Lejligheden var pæn ren, dog af ældre dato.

Großartige Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und das Cap. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Direkt am Marché Provençal. Parken am Port Vauban gut möglich zu erträglichen zusätzlichen Kosten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, die Unterstützung bei Ankunft und Abreise war vorbildlich. Es gab keine Agentur, die Kommunikation erfolgte stets direkt.

The apartment is in a great location in old town Antibes. The view of the sea was stunning from the balcony. Gerald was very responsive to any questions/issues, and the apartment was clean. I would stay there again!!

We loved our stay at the appartment - terrific location and proximity to both restaurants and shops - as well as just a five minute walk to the beaches nearby. Very helpful hosts as well, highly recommended!

Flott leilighet med fin beliggenhet. Alt nødvendig utstyr tilstede. Det er nettopp installert aircondition på soverommene og på stua. Gode senger, også de på stua. Vertskapet stilte opp 100 %

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Gérald. Nach kurzer Diskussion Übernahme der 3-Wo-Parkgebühr in der nahen Tiefgarage und anderes zeigt neben der Hilfsbereitschaft beim Gepäck (3. Etage) auch korrektes Verhalten im Geschäft, da der Parkplatz zugesichert war. Malerischer Ausblick über die Altstadtdächer auf die Bucht Antibes'. Wohnzimmer, Terrasse und die Küche sind großzügig zu genießen. Möblierung für 2, max.4 Personen i.O.. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein. Ess- und Kochgeschirr könnte etwas üppiger sein. Insgesamt genießt man hier einen Côte Urlaub vom Feinsten, ohne die Augen durch Hochhaussiedlungen beleidigen zu lassen. Altstadt, Markttreiben, Museenkultur, gemütliche Bistros, Hafen, kleine Sandstrände, fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

En härlig vecka med väninnor. Bodde på terassen en helt underbar varm september. Sovrummen behöver aircondition. Härligt stort badrum. Vänligt bemötande och hjälp med alla våra väskor upp till lägenheten av Gerald. Rosevin o bubbel i kylen! Vi kommer tillbaka till denna toppen lägenhet. Inger

Vi, 2 vuxna och två barn (7 och 14 år) hade en underbar vistelse. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam hyresvärd. Enda minus var att det inte finns någon AC i lägenheten.

We loved the view and spacious living area in this old French building top floor apartment. We knew when we booked that it didn’t have a/c but ocean breezes. This is true for the living area for sure and it is nice to be on the terrace. However, we stayed in June and it was getting hot in Antibes. Our host supplied us with fans for the bedrooms but it was still quite hot (these rooms don’t get as much breeze). We left the windows open of course but also then needed to invest in mosquito prevention measures. For the price we paid in the summer personally I think having a/c in the bedrooms would not be unreasonable. Our host, Gerald, was SUPER nice and helpful. He helped us find everything, showed us parking, map, and brought the fans. I would recommend this property for it’s great location very close to restaurants and the market, and for the spacious terrace and views, but for a cooler time of year.

Diese FeWo in der Altstadt von Antibes ist eine Perle. Die grandiose Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und das Cap Antibes, der nahegelegene Markt und die netten angrenzenden Gassen und Plätze haben zu einem wunderbaren einwöchigen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, die Küche großzügig eingerichtet. Die Betreuung des Vermieters war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Gesamturteil: sehr gut!

We spent a nice holiday in April 2018 at the edge of the old town. The apartment was cozy. The level of equipment is pretty good. The location is excellent. We walked a lot, we also made day trips to nearby towns, and it was always wonderful to go back to "home". The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the house. The apartment was also two-storey. It did not hurt us. On the contrary, we took it from the point of view of fitness. On the terrace had a wonderful time to rest, reading and watching the sea. The landlord and host are friendly and everything went with them well.

L'appartement est situé dans la vieille partie d'Antibes au 4e (2 chambres, salle d'eau et toilettes) et 5e (cuisine, salon et terrasse). Les chambres sont relativement petites et les lits sont très confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le salon est confortable. La terrasse est merveilleuse. À cinq minutes de la mer, du marché provençal et du Musée Picasso. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu'un ami de la propriétaire nous a aidé à monter et descendre nos bagages.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect-very close to shops, restaurants and the water. The place was clean and very comfortable. Be prepared to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs but that is what makes the view so lovely. There is a wonderful outside seating area that overlooks beautiful. older buildings and the water. Ask for extra towels and how to use the washing machine correctly. I would stay there again. Girard checked us in and was very accommodating and available. He carried our heavy suitcases all the way up the stairs.

Vi, 4 damer, hade några fantastiska dagar här! Terassen helt underbar med utsikt över havet, där vi njöt av långa frukostar, eftermiddagsvinet och ibland även måltider med matvaror inhandlade på marknaden några minuter bort. Vad man bör tänka på innan man bokar lägenheten är att den ej passar småbarnsfamiljer eller personer som har svårigheter med trappor! Många trappsteg upp till lägenheten , dessutom en smal, tvär trappa inne i lägenheten upptill kök, vardagsrum och terassen. Men vi trivdes verkligen, uppskattade också att köket var så välutrustat, champagnen i kylen, och trevlig hyresvärd!

We have been to Antibes several times and this is a great apartment- extremely convenient location, fabulous terrace with a nice mix of sun and shade and a wonderful view sunrise to sunset. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and the neighbourhood is quiet considering it's right downtown. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with.
