We had an issue locating the correct room at 3AM! It was completely our own error. The owner came out and rectified the satiation even at that time of the night and got it sorted for us. Obsoletely going above and beyond, I cannot thank him enough. :)

Neighbouring property has chimney exit too close to rear bedroom window which if the window is open fills apartment with smoke.. Possibly a fault with chimney but this should be rectified really.

Very nice apartment near the SPA F1 circuit. Nice owner waited for us with the key. Parking space available.

We could only communicate in French with the owner, but it was fine anyway.

I liked the look of the room it was clean, but the keypad lock for the door to the room didn´t work, we called him and he came over to look at it but it was a technical issue so it couldn't be fixed at the time of our stay. but we had a key for the front door of the building.

My friends complained about the beds and the cushions being too hard.

Very clean apartment, comfortable with excellent facilities. Beds were very comfortable and the property is more than spacious enough for up to four people. Would highly recommend this property for its location, friendly helpful host and overall excellent presentation.

Everything… beautifully decorated, good supplies of household goods, excellent facilities. Close tonSpa Circuit, restaurant and local shops. Cleaned every day, meet and greet, can not fault the service.

Little difficult to manage the twisted staircase, but didn’t put us off.

We stayed 6 nights in a 3 person apartment with a bright living area and a kitchen with large windows. We had a lot of space because we used another bedroom (for 1 person) as a dressing room (there are large wardrobes). It was nice to follow the special cars passing by (but the sound of the cars can also wake you up in the morning). Good blackout curtains and nice twin beds. Next to a good butcher and an excellent bakery!! Good location for a hiking holiday, as there are many good routes within 10km.

A few things could have been better although in general everything was fine. There could be a couple of different pillows on offer, as the ones in use are pretty hard. There is no garbage sorting and kitchen equipment could include larger dining plates and in addition one clearly smaller pot. The upstairs railing is shaky and the toilet seat ring would need better installation.

Very nice and charming apartment. Ideally located to access les Hautes Fagnes (20min by car) and clean. I would definitely recommend this place.
