Goditi l'alba e il tramonto di Lake House sull'ampio portico di un grande cortile in un tranquillo culdesac.
Ammira la vista spettacolare sul Lago Windemere e sulle Montagne Rocciose canadesi! A due isolati a piedi dallo Station Pub, dal Copper City Saloon, dal trasporto in autobus per il comprensorio sciistico Panorama, dalla spiaggia di Kinsmen e dal centro di Invermere.
Una grande sala a pianta aperta con camino è arredata per il comfort con wifi, un grande chesterfield a forma di L, TV via cavo da 52 ', lettore DVD con una biblioteca di film, libri e giochi.
Il tavolo da pranzo si espande fino a otto, la cucina circostante è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici, stoviglie e utensili per preparare un pasto grande o semplice.
Riuniti nel patio posteriore per arrostire salatini e odori nel camino a legna aperto.
Il patio coperto dietro la grande sala ospita anche un barbecue che è abbastanza grande per multi-task una festa estiva perfetta per la famiglia e gli amici.
Camera da letto principale: letto matrimoniale, comodini singoli, ampia cabina armadio e bagno privato. Un sacco di spazio per culla / box.
Camera da letto blu: letto matrimoniale a castello singolo con cassettone, lampada da lettura, sedia e armadio.
Camera verde: letto matrimoniale con letto singolo a castello con cassettone, lampada da lettura, sedia e armadio.
Tutti i letti sono dotati di copripiumini, lenzuola, federe e coprimaterassi lavati di fresco. Tutti i materassi sono nuovi ed estremamente confortevoli.
L'ampia sala frontale con porte francesi consentirà privacy o tranquillità. Siediti e goditi la vista dall'ampia vetrata. Senti il sole pomeridiano, rilassati, leggi, fai un puzzle sul grande tavolino o ascolta i tuoi brani preferiti.
Noi proprietari di case sul lago; Wendy e Douglas si sono ritirati nella proprietà da Toronto, in Ontario ... Abbiamo progettato la casa per la massima privacy!
Volevamo condividere la vista mozzafiato della nostra Autentica Lake House e una proprietà in posizione comoda con gli altri per creare ricordi di vacanza nella Valle !! Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had the most wonderful stay at this VRBO property, and we couldn't have asked for a better family vacation. The property is outstanding—spacious, beautiful front garden, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities. The stunning front patio offered breathtaking views of the lake and mountains—our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening family suppers. The owners were delightful to deal with—kind, and thoughtful. Thank you Wendy and Doug for your warm hospitality. We can’t wait to see you next summer!

We returned to the Lake house for a second time, and its stil a perfect home away from home, containing everything you could need during our stay, even down to the pool noddles for fun at the beach. Our teenagers loved the fact they were a short (10min) bike ride to the beach and bakery! When we weren't on the beach, we were either soaking up the amazing view of the lake from the front deck. Wendy and Douglas were great hosts, from the freshly baked cookies on arrival, to the fresh rhubarb and banana bread for the journey home, they both made us feel right at home. Thanks Wendy and Doug!

Our family had the most wonderful week-long stay at this VRBO property, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything about our stay was fantastic.
The property itself was a true gem. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed, it felt like a home away from home. The open living area allowed us to spend quality time together, and the well-appointed kitchen made cooking a breeze. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.
The highlight for us was the stunning outdoor space. The private patio offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, and it quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffees and evening relaxation. The proximity to local attractions was also a major plus, as we were able to explore the area with ease.
The booking process was seamless, and the host's communication was top-notch. They provided us with helpful information about the property and the surrounding area, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
In summary, our family's week-long stay at this VRBO property was everything we could have hoped for and more. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-situated, and beautifully maintained getaway, look no further. Thank you to the host for making our vacation truly memorable. We can't wait to return!

During these difficult times of Covid-19 we were looking for a quiet and safe getaway and we found that and more at The Lake House. The house is situated at the end of a very quiet cul de sac, with a fantastic view of the lake off the front deck and from the front room. It’s within walking distance to the popular Kinsmen Beach and the beautiful Main Street downtown. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed with the curb side appeal, and the cleanliness of the outside and well cared for garden and deck. Inside the home was spotless and appears more like a well loved, lived in home that is beautifully and tastefully decorated than a typical rental property. The home has everything you could need with the kitchen being the best stocked VRBO property I’ve ever stayed in. I truly appreciated the quantity and quality of all the kitchenware. There are plenty of towels, including beach type towels and many good quality cloths for various uses. I appreciated the little extras where there was salt, pepper, sugar, spices, tea, ziplock bags, wrap, dish soap etc available. A nice touch! Also truly appreciated the beach chairs, sun umbrella and swim noodles. Bedrooms were perfect for our group with lots of drawer and closet space with organizers. We made use of the fantastic front deck every morning and evening and spent many hours just enjoying the view and wildlife. Neighbours were super friendly. Wendy delivered wonderful home baked cookies upon our arrival and on my birthday I came home to a lovely thoughtful gift left on the front porch. My daughter wanted to stay and live there . Wendy and Doug have done this right! They are readily available, friendly, but not intrusive and top notch hosts. Absolutely loved our week. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
