An erster Stelle möchte ich unsere Vermieterin, Sandra, erwähnen, die ausgesprochen sympathisch, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Sie war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit Informationen, Tipps und Hilfestellungen sehr gute Dienste leistet. Die Unterkunft selbst lag etwa 150-200 m oberhalb der Bucht am Hang, mit Garten, Grillhütte und Liegemöglichkeiten und bot einen fantastischen Blick über die Kvarner Bucht. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr zweckmäßig mit Wohnzimmer, integrierte Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine sowie einem ausreichend großen Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen mit Schrank. Das Gebäude und die Lage sind sehr ruhig, nachts ist nichts zu hören. Die Unterkunft ist für eine Selbst Verpflegung ausreichend ausgestattet. Das im Wohnzimmer angebotene Fernsehen beinhaltet etliche Sender, so dass man notfalls sogar viele Programme aus der Heimat empfangen kann. Mein Fahrzeug konnte ich auf einem überdachten Stellplatz direkt am Haus kostenlos unterbringen. Im Haus befinden sich noch zwei weitere, etwas größere Urlaubswohnungenwohnungen, so dass man mit deren Mietern, sofern gewünscht, Kontakte knüpfen könnte. Probleme wurden von Sandra umgehend gelöscht oder die Lösung wurde auf den Weg gebracht. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis und ich würde in meinem nächsten Kroatien Urlaub sofort wieder dort buchen.

Es gab nichts, was mir einen Urlaub hätte verderben können.

The apartment is actually better than on the images as it has an anteroom with shoerack and a big mirror. The apartment is cool without air conditining but the aircondition works correctly if needed. You have a spacious garden with grass and fruit trees that our dog enjoyed a lot. We had sunbeds and we got fresh towels in the middle of our stay. The houesekeeper took care of our stuff left on dryer when we were away and it started to rain. dog beach is close and nice.

You have to take care of wasps. A waitress told us a trick: burn coffee and it keeps them away. The house can be reached via a 15% ramp so good engine is needed.

The location was walking distance (up and down a difficult but short hill-20 minutes or so) to the beach. That was the definite positive. Sandra was pleasant.

- The bed and sofa bed were both quite dusty and not comfortable. - The bedroom does not have a fan or AC unit so it stays pretty warm, even with AC on very cool. - There were either very old filters or mold in the apartment as we suffered from tiredness, headaches, and stuffy noses anytime we were in the apartment. - We couldn’t spend time outside because the mosquito infestation in the yard was so bad. We would get bitten 5-10 times just simply walking to the car. - Quite minimalistic- plan to bring salt, soap, toilet paper etc. We brought this up with Sandra and she brought it to us luckily but I found this surprising.
