Questa casa ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, accesso al fiume, è vicino a The Horseshoe, Whitewater Amphitheatre, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, Comal River, Gruene, Wimberly, Driftwood e l'elenco potrebbe continuare. Il soggiorno dispone di TV da 60 ", lettore Blu-ray, audio surround Bose e ricevitore per il collegamento agli altoparlanti esterni. Il ponte posteriore ha più livelli tra cui un'area con una buca per il fuoco che si affaccia sul fiume. C'è un tavolo con un ombrellone che si affaccia sull'acqua, oltre a un tavolo da picnic in polietilene per 8 persone con un ombrellone, anche un fantastico ponte di osservazione con vista sul fiume che è costruito attorno a un grande cipresso. All'esterno c'è una doccia esterna con acqua calda, grill a gas, nonché l'uso di tubi (più di 10 disponibili e tubi più freddi), stand-up paddle board e kayak. Abbiamo 2 kayak per adulti, 2 stand up paddle board per adulti, uno stand up paddle board per bambini e kayak. Di recente abbiamo aggiunto una canoa che può ospitare 2 persone. Abbiamo diversi giubbotti di salvataggio per bambini e adulti e scarpe da acqua situate nella tettoia all'aperto. Se vuoi pescare abbiamo anche alcuni bastoncini e paranchi all'interno della casa per l'uso. We had a great visit just before Thanksgiving. We made use of the kayaks and canoe to paddle around in the river and even explore the nature trails across the way. The outdoor spaces are incredible at this property; lots of places to sit quietly and enjoy the dozens of kinds of birds and other critters that call this waterway home. The house itself was very clean and tidy. Well-stocked with everything we needed. Beds were quite comfortable, and we had plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. Overall a great property! We at Elio's Italian restaurant (5 minutes away) one night and it was incredible - highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and has most all the amenities. The back porch area is stunning and very well done. Beds are comfy. Lots of hot water, good a/c and heat. House could use more small spoons, an electric can opener and wood bundles for outdoor fire. The host was not responsive. Questions went unanswered.

Stayed this past weekend for a girls trip. Upon arriving the house seems small on the outside but once you go in it opens up. There were 6 of us total with plenty of sleeping armament options! The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and even some body washes-not sure if they were left behind by previous guests but it was nice! The laundry rooms was well stocked with detergents. The kitchen too was well stocked. Plenty of supplies for cleaning up. There was a tradition coffee maker, Keurig, a percolator and I want to say I saw a stove top espresso maker. The stove is gas powered and very easy to operate. Plenty of room to move around the kitchen. There were two doors that led to the back- one in the kitchen and the other is the sunroom bedroom. The one off the kitchen got used a lot in the morning to avoid waking up those that were still sleeping in the sunroom bedroom. River access was a breeze!! For those that are curious about the depth, I am 5’8” the water in the middle went to my hips. Further past the middle to the other side it got up to my chest. It is more of a muddy/sediment bottom than to rock but still very easy to walk around. It is a gentle current which made it easy to paddle up river on the paddles boards. The patio/desk it’s self was a great sitting around. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to bring and outdoor broom to sweep off a bit-it did not bother our group since most of us have traveled to this area a lot. Great property and will return!

This home had everything we needed! Clean and comfortable with a great view. Our family used the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards which were all in great condition. Great location! Can’t wait to come back.
