We traveled with a large group of friends and family for a week vacation. The house is well appointed and very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very large with great beds and furnishings. The yard, beach area, and dock/boathouse are all great. The children and adults enjoyed the waterslide and water trampoline. The house is on the north portion of the lake and a short distance from The Cove and Tims. The owners provide many accessories such as kayaks, paddleboards, cornhole, bikes, and even some kids toys. A great experience and would stay here again if coming to Lake Anna.

The house completely exceeded our expectations! It’s in a beautiful location and has great amenities. The check in and out process was super easy and the staff was very responsive to our questions.

Beautiful home with LOTS and LOTS of space and amenities. The house is located on a part of the lake where the kids/family could NOT swim due to an algae bloom that has been prevalent for over 4 years. And that wasn’t shared with us during the booking. So, some kids opted to swim (against advice from the health department) and some did not… but hard to abate the temptation when you’re staring at a large inflatable and a slide going into the lake. The MAIN lake is “swimable” but that’s a healthy distance from the house, as is the state park where you can go to swim. Property managers very nice

We enjoyed our stay at Dockside's Realty's "License to Chill" property. Its a great place with a variety of water sports activities all geared for family fun!

The house is huge and so well-appointed. It has everything we needed and it was truly a delight to stay there. We would love to return.

We had a wonderful family reunion weekend at your beautiful property. Plenty of room, lake views were perfect, weather was beautiful and loved having all the outdoor equipment to play on the lake. The only thing missing was a firepit. Definitely a great place and a great time.

We rented License to Chill for a four day fall getaway and to celebrate my husbands Birthday. There were six of us and we had the best experience with this house. The house is right on the lake, spacious and clean. The views are amazing from almost every room. The only thing I thought could be better is there are no serving dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking but we had to get creative serving the food. Also we had to take the trash ourselves to the recycling center on the way out, but it was on our way so no big hassle. This is a great place for a getaway with friends and family. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We rented License to Chill for a four day fall getaway and to celebrate my husbands Birthday. There were six of us and we had the best experience with this house. The house is right on the lake, spacious and clean. The views are amazing from almost every room. The only thing I thought could be better is there are no serving dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking but we had to get creative serving the food. Also we had to take the trash ourselves to the recycling center on the way out, but it was on our way so no big hassle. This is a great place for a getaway with friends and family. Our experience was extremely positive. The house is beautiful, furnished with extremely nice furniture. The house is in a great condition, large rooms with beautiful bathrooms. The house has 2 screened porches and one large deck. The ceilings are high and the house is very airy . The view is spectacular. The house is equipped with everything you need for a large size family. The only problem is with weeks of dead gnats that Are stuck to the screenEd doors That are not cleaned . I was told, if they clean them it’s the same the next night because they are attracted to the lights indoors. Suggest the cleaners sweep and clean these gnats regularly. Despite this you can sit outdoor in the evening and have no problems. The house is about 15 minutes Drive away from the closest grocery shop so bring all that you need for the week. Other than the gnats problem, the house is wonderful. YOU will love your stay.

What a beautiful property. It was immaculately clean very spacious perfect place for large family gatherings.

We had a family group of 22 (15 slept at this house) ages 14-68. It was a perfect space for our holiday gathering with the large common areas up and down. It didn't feel crowded even with all of us eating at once. Lovely views and grounds, lots to do. A great spot!
