Location was amazing. Proximity to the beach couldn't have been better. Panoramic ocean views from the living room! House is beautiful and couldn't have been cleaner. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals.
We could hear everything our upstairs neighbors did, which sounded a lot like jumping jacks and throwing rocks on the ground. Really made it hard to relax when they were around. If possible, I'd recommend renting both units.

The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed and was lovely. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the sun rise over the bay. The location is perfect, steps to the beach, close enough to the downtown area to walk to shops, but far enough away to be peaceful.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped, comfortable, and faces the ocean.
We enjoyed staying in early September. Orchard beach was unusually quiet in the Covid era. Plenty of space for social distancing.
