The complementary shuttle bus to local attractions was fantastic! Everything about this hotel is class, comfortable and it has all you need within it's stunning grounds for a relaxing holiday. The pool and outdoor area is great, the restaurants and buffet are incredible, we loved the indoor games like pool tables and ping pong for when the weather wasn't ideal. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for a short or long stay in Phu Quoc.
The only concern we had was with the restrooms/toilets. The one in our room clogged once on the first night and from there we had to manage the broken mechanism in the cistern throughout our entire stay. We could have asked to move rooms but we didn't want to be a bother so we used the spray gun to help fill the cistern and it was manageable.

Our stay at Sheraton Phu Quoc was fantastic from start to finish!
The 4-bedroom villa is super, super good—sprawling, beautifully maintained, and easily one of the biggest villas we’ve ever experienced. Having our own private pool paired with sweeping ocean views and direct beach access gave us the ultimate resort vacation.
Breakfast was another major plus: a huge spread with a wonderful balance of continental options, regional Asian dishes, and even Indian selections that catered to everyone’s palate.
Thank you to the Sheraton team for providing such a comfortable, top-tier experience. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Loved the pool and buffet breakfast. The facilities were great overall and made the stay really enjoyable. Staff were amazing!
The property is a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Also noticed some occasional smell from the bathroom pipes.
