Since I came for a conference, I wasn't able to experience breakfast but overall food experience was excelent

The room is very clean, the view also very nice, great view with KLCC at the back. Staff is very nice and helpful, fast reply in WhatsApp too. The escalator speed is fast and we didn't wait for long time.
Location is great as there is plenty of restaurants nearby and 10min walking distance to KLCC is just perfect.
The washroom is very spacing just that the shower room is a little bit compact for big size people but not too much of a problem if you left the shower door open.
Maybe can get more plug or provide an extension wire would be nice as there's not enough plug for us to charge our phones and powerbank.
