incredible friendly staff

The rooms were spacious and provided us a unique experience especially with the height and the location of them. There was a scenic view from the window which was facing the Gregory lake. The weather was drizzling and it has added a unique touch to the views outside. There was a pool table and an ample space with comfy chairs which can be a great place to have some fun time with your family or friends. Food was great, chef was supportive and willing to hear our feedback on the food. He even went the lengths to prepare a special meal for our daughter, even when she was enjoying what we ordered for her separately. Overall a great memorable stay!!!

Great location and large room/bathroom with balcony overlooking Gregory Lake.

not much choice for breakfast for vegetarians, especially without eggs. a bit too expensive per night - most I’ve paid for a hotel in Sri Lanka and it had no facilities. no clear reception area and hard to find any staff in the evening.

Lack of Coffee options, Nescafé instant is the only choice. However the Sri Lankan tea was great. I think the hotel could just purchase a Nespresso Machine and Milk frother to cater for the European coffee lovers.
