The hotel and the staff are amazing. I want to say a big thank you to the manager Asrar and to the rest of the team. I had a surgery, the first few days I was alone and need it assistant. The staff did above to make my stay comfortable, they went beyond my expectations, especially Asrar he bought me facial gauze, also guide us to the best destinations around. The location is great, plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops and transport. The sea 🌊 side is 15 minutes by bus, the name is Aquarium, Asrar has suggested that place to us and we indeed enjoyed our time there, very luxury huge mall with a sea view, plenty of restaurants and shops. My stay was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul. Thank you very much for making my trip so enjoyable and relaxing I truly appreciate it. 😇😇😇
Everything is great😇😇😇

The general outlook
I requested for acknowledgment of the amount I paid for transport but upto today no response yet. My employer expects a receipt but upto today not even an acknowledgment that I paid the 67 dollars, I have not received.
