I had some logistical issues from the airport and I sprained my ankle during my time in seoul, and the team was absolutely amazing! They helped me with everything I needed and asked for. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The bed was comfortable. The location is close to the subway and airport limo bus. Many great restaurants are located near the hotel.

Very disappointed with the fitness center and customer service during our four-night stay. Key gym equipment (the cable machine for triceps, shoulders, and biceps) was out of service, and there was only a minimal selection of dumbbells. I reported this to the front desk on Sunday night upon arrival and asked if it could be repaired or if heavier dumbbells (up to 25 kg) could be provided. The clerk took my room number and assured me someone would follow up, but no one ever contacted me during our entire stay. Adequate fitness facilities are a priority for me, and if the hotel had notified us beforehand that the equipment was broken, we would have booked alternate lodging. Due to the unusable gym equipment and complete lack of staff follow-through, I will not stay at this hotel again. Separately the hallway carpet is a tripping hazard. And, the hotel dining room doesn't have salt and pepper shakers for the tables. Instead they provide one salt and pepper shaker near the egg station at the breakfast buffet.
