I'm really happy with the house we rented. It is a pretty big house, perfect for a big family of group of friends. The only problem was that when we arrived the house was not cleaned. But I called Vacasa's 24/7 guest services and they fixed it inmediately calling the local team to clean the house. And we got a substantial refund to compensate for the inconvinience, and they even called a few more times to make sure that everything was ok and we had no problems with the house or the cleaning. Everything was done in a very professional way. I would totally reccomend to rent with Vacasa again.

It was really annoying when we arrived at the house ant it wasn't propperly cleaned. But I'm sure that was a one time incident, and the way they dealt with it was super profesional and left us very satisfied.

My Wife and I absolutely loved this property and the quality of the home. We liked it so much we inquired about the place for sale across the street. Everything was super clean and we really enjoyed the open floor plan and the quality mattresses in home. We plan on coming back and renting this home in the summer if it’s available.

Securing the reservation was easy, however the Vacasa site that handles the security code, renting contract etc was quite difficult because I was not receiving their emails. However the vacasa agent was extremely helpful and got us all the required documents to sign and got us squared away after an hour.
