Excellent location, short walk to Vatican City which was our intention. Marco was amazing host, thank you for your hospitality. Marco met with us and explained everything we needed to know. Though, I had done my research about Vatican City and Rome city sightseeing, Marco gave us detailed information about how to visit Rome by splitting the map into two sections which was the best way to explore Rome. Facilities were great, you could make tea/coffee and use the fridge in the main hall. Great coffee shop right across the street for coffee and pastry lovers in early morning. We loved the restaurant around corner from the accommodation Marco recommended. There is also a great restaurant with great food, service and atmosphere right outside of the accommodation, where we spent couple of nights at after long days of sightseeing. You can also store your bags after checking out, which is very convenient for guests. Marco also sent a message with regard to getting to the accommodation from the airport. We took the shuttle bus which was excellent way of getting there. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. Thank you Marco.

Situated in a historic building right next to the Vatican, this hotel offers an outstanding location. The neighborhood is perfect, with an excellent gelato shop right on the corner and a supermarket nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with air conditioning, and feature a tasteful Roman-style interior design. It was also quiet with great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful, noise-free rest. A unique highlight is the antique-style elevator (looks like Art Nouveau), which was a fun and delightful first-time experience. ​The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. There are two wonderful people named Mr. Marco: one went above and beyond before we even arrived, sending us super detailed tips on taxis, buses, and the metro via Booking.com; the other welcomed us with great patience, politeness, and enthusiasm, providing a detailed and helpful orientation regarding Rome. The cleaning lady was also very warm and kind. Since our departure was in the afternoon, they allowed us to store our luggage for free and use the living room to rest after checking out. Overall, we had a thoroughly satisfying stay.

Great communication from host. Friendly welcome Perfect location for us. 10 min from Vatican. Close to Metro, although we decided to walk to other sites. Great restaurants really close by. Fabulous shower. Room was air-conditioned.

Excellent location as very close to the Vatican and 30 minute walk to the centre - the Pantheon. Lots and lots of excellent restaurants in a short distance from the accommodation. Marco who met us at the property was brilliant with advice, and told us about the Sit Bus Shuttle from a local stop back to the airport for £6.5 each! Good air con unit which was a blessing as very very hot when we stayed.

The cold water never ran fully cold, so we topped up our water bottles at the numerous water points on the streets
