The Carriages Cottage
Carriages Cottage 3 camere da letto tutte con bagno privato. Piano terra continentale king / camera doppia doccia en-suite con porta che si apre sul patio. Cucina / sala da pranzo e salotto con porta a patio. Primo piano una doppia con bagno en-suite e una king / doppia en-suite con doccia continentale entrambi con balconi Juliette. Situato in 15 acri di straordinaria bellezza naturale all'interno della Sid Valley. Lungomare di Sidmouth 3 miglia. Piscina all'aperto, tennis e giardini. È un tranquillo rifugio per le vacanze per rilassarsi e distendersi. Con una piscina esterna riscaldata e 15 acri di giardini e terreni da esplorare con terra che conduce fino alle rive del fiume Sid o provare a giocare a tennis.

Although the weather was not the best we had a lovely time and Sarah and Steven couldn’t have been more welcoming.
The views we’re beautiful and the heated pool and tennis court were much enjoyed by us all.
The rooms were spacious and clean with everything we needed.
We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it!

Don’t usually write reviews, but this really was was a lovely place to stay. We took our dog and the grounds were ideal. Owners very friendly and helpful. Fantastic base to strike out and visit places such as Exeter, Beer, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and so on. The only downside particularly when travelling with a teenager was the slow and sometime non-existent wifi. Though in all honesty the time away from screens was more of a blessing! Highly recommend.

In the end I couldn't stay myself but 4 of my family stayed in Carriages Cottage and said they had a wonderful holiday at an amazing place

The location and Sarah and Stephen’s warm Devon hospitality made for a great way to spend our covid self-isolation time while travelling for work. Fresh air and beautiful surrounding beat the usual airport hotel stay any day.
