Great location, Margarida was wonderful, clean apartment. Margaida answered all our questions and guided us warmly.
Check out time is terrible at 10 and staff did not extend it to 11 after we requested. Given that check-in is at 4, does the cleaning staff really need 6 hours to clean it? This would have been a no go had we knew it before making the reservation. Blankets were made of nylon and were uncomfortable to use.

I loved the location, close to everything, but not super noisy at night. The air conditioning and the washer were very convenient.
The bathroom had a terrible smell that didn't go away the whole time we were there. We reached out to the land lady and she sent someone to look, but they didn't find a problem. I think the problem was it wasn't cleaned very well and smelled especially bad around the toilet. We bought lysol to spray around the toilet, but it didn't resolve the smell.
They also didn't supply enough basic necessities like toilet paper, garbage bags and laundry soap. we had to purchase these ourselves.
