Centrally Located In The Middle of Waco!
Questa casa è stata recentemente rinnovata nel 2010. Questa casa in stile ranch, 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è ben arredata con mobili antichi e antichi e oggetti in vetro, ma ha tutti i comfort moderni. Armadi in acero personalizzati, ripiani in granito e nuovi elettrodomestici conferiscono alla cucina un aspetto pulito e moderno. Gli armadi su misura in quercia rossa nel bagno principale / area salotto regalano una sensazione ricca, calda e confortevole. Il suo cortile contiene giardini fioriti, un'area salotto e un torrente che lo separa dal Baylor's, il Floyd Casey Stadium. We had a lovely stay and the property was as described. I was there to do the half Ironman and it was perfectly situated for my needs. 5 minutes away from HEB and 10 minute drive to start line/IM village. It had everything I need and more.

Great house that was so well supplied—-soaps, lotions, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Kitchen had coffee, miscellaneous tea bags and drink flavorings as well as a great supply of cookware, dishes, utensils, cups and more. The decor was both gorgeous and comfortable. Easy access to Baylor and to any number of excellent food opportunities.

Great place to stay. Just as described, great location as well. Would definitely stay there again. If you are a coffee drinker (like we are) they have a great set up for that!

It was ok, but the house had an odor of mustiness and “oldness” that was very obvious — the minute we walked in. There is a ton of STUFF in the house, which I am sure is quite meaningful to the family of the original owner, but for me and my friend, it was just too cluttered. The grass needs to be cut in both the front and back yards! There were weeds growing in the front yard, and the grass was so high in the backyard it was difficult for me to find my dog’s poop to pick it up. Also, what is that very odd structure in the backyard? A bomb shelter? On a positive side, the house is very well stocked kitchen-wise and also in the bathrooms, plenty of linens, toiletries, and anything you could possibly need for cooking. The AC worked great, the bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood, although a bit sketchy at first glance, was very quiet and we felt safe. It was close enough to everything we wanted to see and do, so very convenient. I’d suggest some air purifiers for the house and more reliable lawn care, plus consider removing some of the artifacts/items that may be contributing to the odor. It was fine for our two-day stay, but I would not stay there again.
