Hot water all the time, parking space, key access, clean rooms, full access tv, delicious food

wifi didn’t work, in house restaurant doesn’t pick up calls sometimes

it is clean and nicely located

lot if restrictions like visitors, buffet timing etc. Doesn’t justify the price

Cleanliness,location

Lack of humanity - staff was not allowing to take BF (only 2 boiled eggs) in the room for a 3 year old child.

The behaviour of front desk was very rude and hotel is not value for money.

Room was okay

The receptionist guys were like they doesn’t allow visitors into room it seems which was conveyed to me after the check in is done and it was not mentioned in booking.com hotel policies or any where else so they were talking very rudely when I requested them to send my cousin upstairs for couple of minutes which didn’t ended well and i had to leave hotel because of them and their useless rules.
