It is a standard private albergue in Santiago. Bunk bed with individual pillows, blankets, lights and power outlet. Confortable.
Quietness will depend on the other guests as in all albergues.
Location is great (near the center and very close to supermarket). All usual facilities.
Price was good.
Nice staff (and actually present in the albergue at arrival time, which helps knowing the place).
The usual albergue limitations. Shared bathroom and bunk beds (as expected).

Comfortable bed, great location, and helpful staff.
I wish the albergue had more small amenities for the guests like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. NO CLOTHES HANDWASH AND DRY FACILITIES.

Quiet. Good sleep. Large lockers, w easy 4-digit codes.
Also really liked the wraparound mirrors in the sink-WC area.
Need better clothes-drying area.

First thing would be the staff. Helpful and considerate. Second would be the curtained bunks and the amount of space in the dormitory rooms. They have a good setup and I would gladly book there whenever in Santiago.
