The location is ideal and very nice
The rooms need to be checked properly before handing to guest.fogging needs to be done every day the resort bathrooms are old and outdated needs lots of repair.
Restaurant Needs improvement as if you checking a little late then nothing is available to eat except for sandwiches and pakoda nothing is available in proximity thus guest are dependent only on resort restaurant and food is available only after 7:30 pm ( need more items on all day menu) cycling should be given free for guest

Room is neat and clean except for the air conditioner. Nice location and the staff are very good.
Restaurant food menu and taste could have been better. I would give 2 star for the cleanliness of the restaurant because we got some weird odor from the chairs and have seen worm on the chair. Air conditioners seem old and i wonder when they might have got it cleaned.

Definitely a different experience. Adventure activities for kids, my kids enjoyed a lot. Room facilities are good.
It was situated in a remote location and traveling during night time is very dangerous. But definitely a different experience. Also due to forest, lot of insects are coming into the restaurant and having dinner with insects, i would definitely say it was a bad experience in this regard. So, only option we order the food to get to the room.

Its at a lovely location, it can be a good get away, very green and a feeling being close to nature
The property if maintained well can be an excellent option. However, they need to focus on the overall service, staff is humble but feels like they are not well trained. The food at the restaurant is good, beautiful poolside, wifi and mobile connection is poor at the resort.

Stayed one night at sterling palavelli. Reaching there is a bit tricky. The property is calm and serene with Lotus pond and river by the side of . Boat ride is also available for a price . Breakfast was good . We booked a standard room which was spacious & having a nice view of the pond . Overall good experience

I have reserved a premier room, and my check in was at 6 pm, some guests were earlier, so they gave all the rooms to them and I got left in a small out house, with mosquitoes, spider webs and uncleaned area. I have no option to go to another property.

It’s an I’ll maintained property. No cleanliness. Finding a way to the hotel especially from Razole is a nightmare. Families travelling with kids please stay away from this place.

Location, staff, ambiance are a definite plus. Good to spend a peaceful couple of days with views overlooking the godavari.
The in-house restaurant could be a lot better. The breakfast buffet was good enough, but the a la carte offerings for lunch and dinner were kinda meh.

The property is stinky and unhygienic. Despite being brought to their notice, they could not handle it. Drainage overflows and they had shut down the property and that we could notice that after a few weeks.
I thought this is just one of the issues, but noticed that it is their standard and would not recommend it to anyone.
The other issue is with overcharging for the kids, though it wasn't mentioned in the booking site, they have charged it.
