We had a fantastic time at this property. House was perfect for the 6 adults. Close to skiing and within walking distance of Pitcher Inn. House was clean, hot tub was fantastic, and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was kept up and if very good shape. On the last day I we relized the dishwasher dishwasher was not working and recorded it to mgt. Over all very quite and a great place to get a away for a few days. Would recommend.

The location by the river was beautiful. It was so nice to listen to the water while relaxing in the hot tub. The house was very clean and had all the supplies you need from a well stocked kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom. The property manager was easy to contact and provided necessary information in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little cabin in the woods feel. Great location while also being secluded. The Wi-Fi could use a boost but the home is great. I didn’t use it but the jacuzzi is a nice touch.

Vacasa is probably the worst property manager. They cancelled on us one day before the reservation because the property had flooding damage. HOWEVER they DIDN'T REFUND OUR MONEY INSTEAD THEYRE ASKING US TO RE BOOK WITHIN 90 DAYS!

The backyard was far softer than any plush carpet--a lush green moss yard. Beautiful wildflowers. My family loved sitting in the hot tub watching the river below.

Lovely property and conveniently located. Very clean inside and out. Check in and check out were simple. Only 2 picky observations... first, the wifi information on the check in email was wrong, but the correct information was found reasonably quickly. Second, the coded door lock was very finicky and took several tries each time we had to enter the property. That was frustrating. Overall, however, it was a wonderful weekend in a beautiful location.

Good location and PM was very responsive however we did experience some issues. Not a bad place but a little over priced considering what we had to deal with once checked in.

My wife and I brought our two teenagers and three of their friends to Vermont to ski Sugarbush, and we found this house to be ideal for our group: the location on the river is cool, and the hot tub was a big hit with the kids. The only downside was that our cellphones got weak or no service, and the wifi/internet in the house was very slow. Other than that we had a great stay.

A Christmas to remember. Spent 5 days with my family relaxing, skiing and making memories. The home was warm, and comfortable with modern amenities. Fully enjoyed the 2 propane fireplaces, fully updated kitchen but most of all the hot tub. The tranquil river running through the back was an added bonus. Place was neat and clean and Vacasa was very good with their professionalism and communication. We loved that this home was just minutes from the slopes and will definitely plan a return trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our friends. The place was clean and comfortable and the swimming holes were amazing. The hot tub was incredible too. The place surpassed our expectations.

Awesome house. Wonderful yard. Great and clean hot tub and the stream our back is gorgeous to dip feet in.
Wish the owners had installed the ACs because it was insanely hot in the upstairs and there's no central air, and we were not able to put the ones in the closets in ourselves so had a hard time sleeping due to the heat. Additionally the filtration system for the well water desperately needs to be updated or replaced as it smells very much like sulfur and is hard to smell when showering plus the water is hard in skin and hair as well. Everything was clean and organized and really nice.

Washer & dryer in the home, parking for 4 cars. Next to a nice river, soothing sound. House stays warm with the gas fireplace in the living room. Very enjoyable weekend in Vermont.

Great little town called Waitsfield about 10 minutes away. Only bummer is the hot tub wasn't working. Yes, they did credit me some money; however, this was literally the only reason I booked this cabin as it was our honeymoon.

There was an electrical box in the laundry room with a wire coming out of it and cardboard taped over it.

Wonderful, but I would be wary of a snowstorm
We had a wonderful ski weekend here. It's close to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen.
I would recommend the house! Breakfast and dinner was easy to prepare for our crowd of 8. We had a movie night every night, and the guys enjoyed drinks in the hot tub each night.
However, I would also note that there was room for improvement with snow clearing around the side of the house and near the hot tub. It would make me worry about driveway snow clearing if a snow storm came through, because we'd want to hit the slopes right away. Note that the driveway was plowed well when we got there, and we did not experience a big storm. The driveway sloped down to the house, so that'd be my worry about getting out in a storm. Also, the garbage shed was a mess, but guests only need to deal with that when we bring garbage out. Not a dealbreaker.

Hot tub & views of river are incredible. House is a bit dated & has a wonky heating system. No cable TV, internet good. Would return just for hot tub on river.

The photos and kitchen were nice, but with only 6 channels of TV on one TV for thr entire house, a DVD player that didn't work so we had to buy a cable for, hot tub bubbles did not work , door knows were falling off, and noone in the office returned my calls re these issues. After paying over $900. for 2 nights, feel ripped off and way overpriced for what your getting for your money. Will not return and not recommended.
