Questa magnifica casa è stata costruita appositamente per le vacanze. 6 camere da letto, 3 bagni e un soppalco, 3200 piedi quadrati seduti su un terreno di un acro. Due master suite. La casa fu terminata il 3 maggio 2019. Siate i primi a rimanere in questa nuova casa. 5-7 minuti ai campi da golf, fiume, parchi e vecchi mulini distretto che è un posto e lo shopping hot centro turistico. 5-7 minuti dal centro cittadino, che è anche un punto caldo per la cena, shopping e visite turistiche. 20-25 minuti al Monte Celibe e i Laghi Cascade. 2-3 minuti per outlet e altri negozi e ristoranti. Facile accesso alla strada maestra. La casa ha ripiani in granito in cucina e bagni. e vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone e tavolo da pranzo all'aperto e sedie sul patio posteriore. I letti, divani e sedie sono molto confortevoli. Se ti piace tutto nuovo, questa è la casa in cui stare. TV 4K da 65 pollici con Netflix. e internet ad alta velocità sono disponibili. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 20 persone. Due delle camere hanno letti king size. Le altre due camere hanno letti queen size. La quinta camera da letto ha un letto a castello, un letto singolo e un piccolo letto a scomparsa. La sesta camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Il soggiorno / camera familiare ha una poltrona reclinabile in pelle, un divano in pelle e due divani letto. Può ospitare 16 o più persone. Il loft ha un divano letto matrimoniale con TV 4K. La casa ha aria condizionata centralizzata e pompa di calore.

This is a perfect house for a gathering of friends with families and young children. Very kid friendly. All the adults enjoyed having king size beds and all the beds were extremely comfortable. Owner super quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked the house for a long weekend tournament baseball. This house was perfect for us and accomadated 10 adults and 6 kids perfectly with room to spare. The large kitchen with everything you could think of to cook your meals was there. The large back patio and fireplace was where we spent our evenings just hanging out. Also i have booked quite a few vrbos in the past and the communication with the property managaer was amazing. I would book this house in a heart beat again!!!!

Overall it was a nice place and well kept. However, it states 14 beds but we did not see 14 beds in the house. Most of the rooms that show 2 beds in the description only had 1 except for the bunk bed room which was a den that they just put up a curtain to block the 2 openings next to the living room. It was a nice place and would probable stay there again.

The house was perfect and a wonderful location! The owner, David, has been wonderful. He added a number of items to make the house more handicap accessible for me. I really appreciated all his effort!

Great for family get togethers
Great spot to bring your family! Spacious with plenty of rooms to sleep many. Kids loved the hot tub. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our few request during our stay. Would recommend for sure.

Had a great time with friends!
This house was perfect for a trip down to bend with some friends. It was very well equipped and spacious with board games to play, a lot of pillows, blankets and extra beds. The back yard was a great place to hang out with the nice weather, more than enough chairs and tables outside. The house isn’t too far from the activities you would want to do in bend or Sunriver which is nice. David the host was awesome, he was very nice and communicated great! Thank you so much we had an awesome time.

The house was spacious enough for all of us. There were a ton of beds/cots to sleep on. I liked that every room had a king size bed. The kitchen was great for cooking. Thank you for accommodating an early check in.
There were some things that definitely could be improved on. The water pressure in showers was non existent. There was not enough hot water for the number of people staying there. You could use more mirrors, like one in every bedroom so that people can get ready in various places. You could really use another bathroom in that house.
There should be hooks by the front door for people to hang coats. There should also be hooks on the back near the hot tub for people to hang towels. There was no way to fill the hot tub up, and I think the chemicals should be checked between each stay....it was foamy and kinda gross....
There are way too many appliances on the counters. Like two coffee makers...leave out one and everything else in the pantry. People can get out what they need. I would synthesize all your plate/cups etc...very random and it was all over the place. We did resist reorganizing but it was a challenge...There should maybe be plastic wrap and/or more things to store extra food? People maybe steal so that could be a thing too.
We also thought it was weird that left over food was in the pantry. That's kinda gross and made unpacking our stuff a challenge. We loved the empty fridge/freezer and would've loved the pantry to be empty too.
Having a foosball table and no foosball was a bummer too...but I'm guessing people take the balls?
Also, gross to have slippers there for people...I know you don't want people walking in shoes in the house but I can't imagine people actually use those slippers and they took up a lot of room for where we could keep the shoes we brought....
There was a lot of junk in the garage seems like it should be cleaned out. And a fence around your property would be nice.

The property is located on the south end of Bend just a stone throw from the Lost Tracks Golf course. We stayed for a few days to play a lot of golf so it was a convenient location for such a trip. The home is very large and can sleep a considerable amount of people, it is clean and the host David was very responsive for any questions or concerns. I will certainly keep it in mind for the future!

The property is located on the south end of Bend just a stone throw from the Lost Tracks Golf course. We stayed for a few days to play a lot of golf so it was a convenient location for such a trip. Loved our stay in Bend!!
This is a great house! We had 12 people with us for a couple birthday celebrations and there was plenty of room! It turns out the description is a little off. There are actually 4 king beds upstairs, a full bed downstairs plus the bottom bunk bed room. There are also numerous hidden pull out beds throughout the house for even more friends. The location from Bend was excellent. Quick drive up the 97 to downtown. Plenty of parking. Would recommend a privacy fence be built but no one ever bothered us while we were in the outside hot tub. The price was very reasonable. We did late night karaoke and the sound did not travel outside. The owner stayed in contact with me during the entire process and answered texts or emails within minutes. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! We will stay here every time we rent a house in Bend! Thank you David for a fantastic house!

He responded almost immediately to my queries…plenty of seating and beds for all and we didn’t feel crowded when all together in the home. The rugs downstairs are tired..but I see that in most rentals. Altogether it was a wonderful time with family!

We enjoyed our time in Deschutes River Woods. Plenty of room and amenities for a large group. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and convenient location for traveling and sight seeing in the area. I would highly recommend.

Lovely little place
Lovely little home in a quiet neighborhood about 1/2 way between Sunriver and Bend. Has a jacuzzi, ping pong table and foosball which the young adults in our group enjoyed having. The house is HUGE with enough beds and kitchen paraphernalia to accommodate the whole crowd. There were 15 beds plus a crib that we counted and I’m sure the house could accommodate more if need be. David, the owner, was great at communication and any time we had an issue, he took care of it practically before we even finished the conversation.

I loved that the house has 4 king beds and 1 queen bed. The house and bedrooms are spacious. The house was clean and the property owner was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Bend Oregon Retreat
We had work meetings in Bend and this home was perfect for us! David was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and it has large bedrooms and plenty of couches.

Bend family reunion
This was an excellent facility for are recent family reunion in Bend Oregon. We were easily able to sleep 14 members of my own family and host more than 20 members of extended family at a Saturday night barbecue. The house was clean and neat.

This house was amazing. Exactly what we needed for our group to stay in Bend and close enough to downtown that it was just a short Uber ride away. Had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out, eat, and enjoy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet location, super clean and roomy.
We have stayed here twice and it lived up to our expectations. The location is easy to get to from 97, then it's a 15 minute drive to both soccer complexes and 5 minutes to the Old Mill district. Can't say enough good things about this place. David gets right back to you if you need anything. Thank you again for a great stay.

Great place!
We had a great time in Bend and this place to come back after a day of fun was superb. Tons of space, nice upgrades, and so close to Old Mill and downtown. Highly recommend. Working with David was easy.
