The villa was spacious and the view was very relaxing, the pool was a good size and the roof terrace was a plus. It was perfect for what we wanted. I would return.

Nothing, although I think the cleaning needs to be a bit more thorough, we did have a toilet and shower issue when we arrived, this was resolved during our stay but this should be checked beforehand.

Good location, close to Santa Eularia, set on hillside with nice views.

Arrived Sunday for 1 week, problems started on arrival: dishwasher not working, fixed Thursday pm; no hot water in kitchen, so boiling kettles for hand washing up, fixed late Saturday; coffee machine u/s, replaced Thursday pm; nasty drain smells in one bathroom, plumber attempted fix, not sorted before we left. All of this was communicated in a timely manner to the agent & owner but it took ages to get things sorted, which took the edge off the stay. I understand that things go wrong but there were too many issues, and they weren't fixed quickly; I can’t imagine they all started on our arrival or that none were brought to the owner’s attention previously. They could have provided better information for guests, e.g. location of nearest supermarkets, recycling bins, as you have to remove/recycle all rubbish, good beaches etc. Also, as it is common advice not to drink the island tap water, it would have been good to have a welcome pack, including bottled water, but there was no welcome pack of any kind. Things like that don't cost a lot or take much to organise; it was disappointing they were missing. The owner’s response to this review is unsatisfactory. Do they expect guests to rifle through cupboards to find replacements for faulty equipment? If there were spare coffee machines why didn’t the AGENT get one out! If the machine was caulked, why don’t they maintain them? Great to know the welcome guide was locked away! To correct the item about the tourist tax, the agent was clueless and it took several days to clarify the correct tax. I didn’t “overlook” to pay the tax, I was waiting on a response from the owners to a request for a rebate for all the hassle. Disappointingly I got no answer on this before or after leaving the villa. I did pay the tax on return, even though the issues had not been satisfactorily dealt with.

Absolutely loved the villa, as did the family. Location was amazing, villa very clean and had plenty of essentials especially in the kitchen. Plenty of space for a good few people. Bathrooms were very spacious and lounge/dining/outside dining were just lovely, had an amazing week there making wonderful memories. Was sad leaving actually, we all had fantastic stay and would recommend 100%

huge problem with the fridge though, small top freezer and fridge wasnt very cold. the door of the fridge was actually warm and the thermostat was broke, however didnt ruin the holiday. one gas ring wouldnt turn down, just these tiny things could have been overlooked but for the price for the week i expected not to have a moan.

Firstly the villa itself is stunning, every little thing about this villa was magic, from the pool to the decor and the amenities were exceptional and there was just so much space to relax and unwind, it had everything we needed! Beds were super comfortable for a great sleep as well! We couldn’t recommend it more! The views from the rooftop were amazing and a really beautiful to relax in the evening!

Very nice pool and outside area. Rooftop and terrace were lovely. Excellent views. Inside of the villa also very nice.

Fridge and freezer weren’t very cold.

Lovely villa and pool, loads of space, a little quaint with necessary modern facilities, fantastic views, great BBQ area and area on roof was a absolute bonus. Great location, away from town for peace but easy to walk to - town really nice, lovely beach and promenade and restaurants etc. Good walk around coast. And good beaches nearby and only 35 euros by taxi to Café Mambo! 20-25 minutes to airport and Ibiza town.

Only minor issue was perhaps the need for a bigger light over veranda to pool area to help play cards etc in the evening - for those of a certain age who need reading glasses!!!
