INFORMAZIONI SULLA CASA PRINCIPALE:
La casa principale è un grazioso, soleggiato, 3 camere da letto 1 bagno nel quartiere di South Congress di Austin. L'ampio piano aperto con soggiorno adiacente, sala da pranzo / cucina, lo rende il luogo perfetto per intrattenere. La cucina ha nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile con frigorifero a doppia porta, piano cottura a gas / forno, lavastoviglie e tutti gli utensili da cucina (piatti, posate, pentole, padelle, piatti, bicchieri, ecc.) Di cui avrete bisogno.
La casa principale è ben arredata e ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per il tuo soggiorno (lenzuola, asciugamani, ecc.) Il divano si ripiega su un letto queen size e c'è anche un "letto aero" queen size se hai bisogno di ulteriori posti letto.
INFORMAZIONI SUGLI OSPITI PRIVATI:
La struttura dispone anche di una pensione privata dotata di un letto queen size, SMART TV, cucina, bagno privato e ampio solarium. La pensione è completamente attrezzata con lenzuola, asciugamani, bicchieri, stoviglie, pentole, padelle.
Questo è il posto perfetto per gli ospiti che viaggiano con figli adolescenti o suoceri: puoi andare in vacanza insieme e avere ancora un po 'di spazio privato!

C'è una connessione Internet WiFi veloce per gli ospiti e abbiamo anche una SMART TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici (puoi trasmettere in streaming Netflix, Pandora, ecc.) con cavo! Abbiamo anche un altoparlante wireless (portatile!) e lettore Blueray DVD.
INFORMAZIONI SULLE CAMERE:
Ci sono 4 camere da letto totali (compresa la pensione) che possono ospitare un totale di 8. Tre camere da letto hanno letti queen size e la quarta camera da letto ha un letto a rotelle con due materassi gemelli. Inoltre il divano si ripiega su un letto e ci sono anche due letti aerodinamici queen size per ulteriori posti letto. Ci siamo divertiti molto a decorare le nostre camere da letto e speriamo che anche a voi piacciano! Abbiamo qualcosa per gli amanti, i cowboy e persino i rocker!
INFORMAZIONI SUL VICINATO:
La casa si trova nel quartiere SoCo di Austin. Siamo a pochi passi dal Continental Club, da Guerro, da Uncommon Objects e da tutto il divertimento del South Congress. C'è anche un supermercato H. E.B nelle immediate vicinanze e tonnellate di ottimi bar, ristoranti, caffetterie e negozi nelle vicinanze.
PISCINA / HOT TUB / AREA PATIO
Il cortile ha una piscina e una vasca idromassaggio appena installate e ha anche un'area per giocare a palla wiffle, lanciare un frisbee o semplicemente rilassarsi. C'è anche un bel tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con un. Griglia a carbone per barbecue (guarda le foto - Adoro la nostra griglia di longhorn!)
DIVERTIMENTO / BICICLETTE PER L'USO DEGLI OSPITI:
Abbiamo due biciclette da spiaggia in stile cruiser con elmetti per gli ospiti. La casa è inoltre dotata di tonnellate di giochi tra cui: monopolio, connessione quattro, scivoli e scala, candyland, Uno, GoFish, ecc.
Abbiamo anche un sacco di divertimento nel cortile tra cui bocce, Wiffle Ball, "Cornhole", ovvero (lancio del sacchetto di fagioli) Calcio, Pallacanestro (nessun cerchio in loco), Pallone da calcio.
PARCHEGGIO / SERVIZI:
È disponibile un ampio parcheggio in loco (4-5 auto). Inoltre è disponibile un ampio parcheggio in strada. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice in loco.

The property owner and manager saved us after another home rental didn't work out. They were immediately responsive and helped us get in and settled at the last minute on a Friday night. The house is so fun with a great pool, video arcade game and plenty of room for our group. The backyard casita was excellent.

We just spent a few days over July 4th at this great little house near south Congress. The main house has 3 bedrooms and the backyard guest house has another bed/bath, so I can see why this home would be great for groups. Our dog loved the large, fenced backyard, and we enjoyed hosting friends in the pool and grilling burgers on the charcoal grill. The pool and the house were stocked with everything we needed, and the decor pays homage to the Austin music scene. We also had a ton of fun playing Galaga on the arcade cabinet.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful from check-in to check out, and even came by to check on the pool as we arrived to show us how to work the grill and the different remotes/lights for the house. We would definitely stay again!

This property is perfect if you are looking for a fun trip to Austin close to all the downtown fun! The property is a few minute drive from the heart of downtown. The home, pool and spa, and guest property made the perfect location for our wedding weekend. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

Totally enamored with this space! The home is beautiful and I’m slightly obsessed with the decor. The outdoor space is its own little paradise and the casita is a wonderful bonus. Tucked into a sweet, sleepy neighborhood, we were close to great restaurants and had easy access to all Austin has to offer. Already looking forward to another trip to Austin so we can stay here! Our hosts were very accessible and thoughtful.

We had an amazing stay in Austin! The property is actually perfect for families! The Grandparents and kids stayed in the main house and we stayed in the guest house and it was like a mini-vacation inside our vacation!! The house is well stocked and nicely decorated. Pool was clean and Brian was awesome responding to a few questions we had. Overall the location, space and property was truly a great getaway! We will be back!!

This was the perfect house for our group of 6 friends. It’s centrally located in a great neighborhood. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, beds were real comfy, and the pool in the backyard was the cherry on top. We’d definitely stay again!

Best Stay in Austin
This VRBO is the best I have stayed at! The house was spotless. The pool was perfect. The hosts were responsive and went above and beyond when we had a question. The guesthouse was the icing on the cake! It was SO nice to have a separate area to hang out in. Everyone in the group was raving about the linens and the comfort of the beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool and appliance you may need. And the location was PERFECT. Walking distance to S Congress. I was able to wake up early and explore a bit before the crowds and the mid day heat. And it was close enough to all the hot spots that we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg on transportation. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip to Austin!

Great weekend stay!
Loved staying at this property with my friends. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor space were perfect. Even had a pump for blowing up pool floats! Easy walkability to south Congress section of town and the host provided some great recommendations. Would recommend!!

I am from Austin and had friends visiting for a bachelorette weekend. We could not recommend this place more! It was a great location, the pool was beautiful and the space was perfect for a large group. Brian was very easy to communicate with and was a great host. My daughter just graduated UT Austin, so I have been traveling to Austin for the past 4 years. This house has been the best I have stayed in. It was perfect for us. We used the pool and hot tub almost everyday which was fabulous. The location was perfect we walked up and down South Congress and it is around the corner from the supermarket.
The rooms are nice and the kitchen is terrific. The owners are wonderful and responsive.
If I get the opportunity I would stay again. If this house is available book it!

Nice stay in funky neighborhood
Was greeted on street with very hippie appearing neighbor couple with toddler who asked us if we had seen their lost pet turkey. Thought we were being filmed for the episode of “Impractical Jokers.” 25 mins later, left the property to go to a restaurant and spotted an adult turkey on the street looking for its family.

It was such an easy experience after confirming our stay. I had a few questions early on and got a quick response. Easy check-in and out process. The house has everything you could possibly need. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. We couldn't figure out how to work the hot tub but that's ok. Literally located right next to an HEB and lots of choices for food delivery. Looks like they are working on upgrading the neighborhood!

Super cute home with stellar pool
Great property with cool vibes. Clean, fun decor, excellent amenities and great pool. Good sheets which can be hard to come by in a short term rental. Some toys, well stocked kitchen, books and even bug spray. We would definitely stay again if we didn’t just move here!

Excellent for Pool Days
We have visited this location twice to get away and have some pool time! We bring our pool basketball goal and have a blast. The house(s) has all amenities and we couldn’t really ask for anything more. Until next time!

Great stay!
The house was everything we needed for a pool get away! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels & floats for the pool, all the grilling tools you need. Check in was easy & added bonus - HEB is next door for quick curbside grocery pick up. The host was super communicative and took care of our only issue immediately. The house was extremely clean. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommend.

Excellent way to regroup
Excellent stay; Nice location, house was very comfortable. It was fun to swim. They supplied plenty of towels with the pool. The only comment would be to redo your binder that discusses the property to include the plug in for the internet behind the trash can and to make the binder a bit cleaner looking. This is not a reflection on the property as it was very clean.
