The ambiance, and the old style of the hotel
Nothing specific

The staff are so helpful and always reply to messages right away! When the safe in my room didn't work, they immediately moved me to a new room without any hassle. The room was super clean and quiet. I felt 100% safe as a solo female traveler since the property has a locked gate, 24/7 security, and the owner’s family lives right in the same compound.
Honestly, nothing to complain about at all! I just want to share a helpful note about the property's character: the classic wooden flooring means footsteps can be heard easily. If you have kids who tend to run and play indoors, this peaceful spot might not be the right match.

The owner was very accommodating. Quiet room and guesthouse. Small, but not bad for the price.
Did not expect it to be inside a compound with other residential homes.
Was originally given a room that doesn't lock on the inside, but insisted to be moved for security reasons and this was accommodated.
Location is not too bad if you want a place near the airport or Mall of Asia, but outside the compound is really busy since it's near the public market and LRT.
