The room was okay, and i really enjoyed the pool

The service was terrible, my booking of one month in advance was acknowledged, and my request of arriving around 9pm was acknowledged, but when I arrived, I was told they didn't have me on their list and had no rooms left. The gym was also terrible.

Only 2 choices available. But the breakfast met my expectations

The picture of the room advertised wasn't what I was offered. There was a problem with water pumps

the bed in the single room is to hard. the window can’t open to have fresh air.

The location was fantastic. Proximity to my activities. In other words, very central.

The breakfast was so simple and one sided. It was supposed to be a buffet but......... I complained about the non functional safe box in my room from the day I came. Was promised something would be done. But nothing was done till the day I vacated the hotel.

Everything about that hotel is poor, very old nd service is poor too

Proximity to my Access Bank Lagos City Marathon start line and the kind light skinned male cleaner who helped find my lost Powerbeats Pro headset.

This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in where the room is not cleaned in the morning. I left for my marathon at 6am and returned at 2pm looking forward to some rest after running 42km only to find that my room had not been cleaned. The front desk fellow when asked why, acted aloof about it and said they don’t clean rooms in the morning. Unbelievable!!! I ordered Afang with catfish and I was given a nasty tasting catfish that was already dead before it was cooked, with a watery plate of what I can only describe as abominable leftover soup. All the meals we ordered during our stay arrived more than one hour after they were ordered and some as long as 2hrs. The safe box had no default code so we couldn’t use it to store our valuables. We mentioned this to the front desk and he said the person with the code had gone home and he never attended to it again. The DSTV continually went off and we had to call the front desk 3 times on that matter. All our meals clearly ordered by 2 occupants for 2 occupants arrived with only one cutlery throughout our stay and we had to continually ask for a second set. I asked for stew without pepper and I was given the complete opposite triggering my ulcers before my marathon.
