Perfect and functional little studio.
I had some stress during the stay when my car broke down and the owner was incredibly helpful - he made calls for me trying to find help, offered advice and allowed me to leave the car at the place even after I left the room, until i could get the situation resolved. I really appreciate it - and would def stay again!
Not any criticism, but just a small tip for the future: having some basic tea/coffee available for guests in the room would be a really nice gesture!

Good location of the place, free parking, kind welcoming, great price-performance, simple and comfortable pillows.
Evening was quiet, not a lot of traffic going by, sound isolation was pretty good, did not hear birds chirping in the morning.
The Room itself had an interesting aroma, for the 1st night, like some perfume but not quite, and it was not from the bathroom perfume-scent thingy, because that smelled nice.
2nd night I did not notice it much, maybe some previous guest spilled perfume somewhere.
Because after covid I have lost a bit of the sense of smell, I cant pinpoint what exactly it was and where it was coming from. It was not a bad smell, it was just a bit annoying.

Приветливый хозяин , тихое и уютное место, большой плюс своя бесплатная парковка, нам повезло бронировали за 2 часа до заезда.

Great contact with the owner. We could check in 30 min after booking and before check in time. Parking place available. Comfortable bed and the whole room.
Everything was good.
