Central location outside the touristy area just 15 mins walk from the old town of Antibes. Sandy beach with amenities just across the road right at the door step of the building. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. Our host Patrick gave personalized recommendations for activities we can do in the area. The apartment is in a building from the 1970s but it is clean and nicely refurbished.

- Excellent location: across a beautiful sandy beach and walking distance to Antibes Old Town.
- Spotlessly clean and very well-maintained building.
- Stunning balcony with a unique view of the Old Town, the mountains, and the sea.
- Practical apartment layout with a fully equipped kitchen containing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
- Patrick is an outstanding host—always available with great local tips, helpful advice, and even beach equipment.
- We travelled with a baby, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free.
