The room is spacious and the staff are very friendly. You can reach them anytime, and they respond promptly. Room service is excellent — orders placed from the room are delivered within 15 minutes. Overall, it was a really nice experience.
Everything was nice, from room to service and also location,

The location offers convenient access to various destinations, situated in the heart of the city, and provides ample car parking facilities.
The cleanliness was satisfactory, particularly in the bathroom, which could benefit from a slight improvement in tidiness.

Room, hot bath.
Very thin pillow, no food or coffee provided.

I liked the location and the room size.
A little more comfort would have been provided. TV was not working. Room service staff very limited.
