The scenery. It was tranquil and beautiful.

We had a beautiful view of the mountains and various birds in and around the lake.
Staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent.
Dependence on porters to get to our car and restaurant

The spacious and clean rooms were appreciated.
The property was walkable and we enjoyed it.
The handles of the glass doors to the shower and toilets are not ideal to pull the heavy glass door.
The breakfast menu was basic.

Spacious room and location. Healing Earth body wash and lotion.
Have a kitchenette with a hob & oven , but no pots or utensils . No microwave. Not enough cutlery or crockery either, 1 tablespoon. Need a bin the bedroom. Breakfast was pricey for what we got. No extra blanket. No pen or notepad.
