Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and nicely decorated and the beds were comfy. Most of the nights it was quiet so we could get some sleep. It was great that it was so close to the Adventure Valley.
I wish there was a dryer in the room for the towels and swimming suits. Also a small shop nearby would really come in handy for anyone coming without a car.

The activities were fun. Beds were comfortable.
There was no transportation available from train to property. Service at the restaurant was not good.

Staff was very helpful, they walk the extra mile
During our stay a few schools stayed there as well, and they took over the pool. The staff acknowledged this and to be fair, the smaller kids were not annoying. The high-school kids however were not always very respectful towards the environment and other people, especially smaller children in the pool.

The nature in Ardennes is great.
Swimming pool was warm and clean.
Tent was quite spacious.
Toilets were not being cleaned regularly and there were no soaps in some toilets. I assume it must be the first thing to check in the morning if you don't do it at night.
Beds were single ones not the double bed for 2 people. It is annoying to have the gap between.
Music starts at 9 in the morning and finishes at 11 at night. It is impossible not to hear it and DJ is very loud during the day.
Although tents are very big, there is no mirror or a stand to put your clothes.
As a glamping experience, it was a bit expensive.
