Honestly the location was amazing and walking distance to anything we wanted to do in town. Super quiet and peaceful when we wanted to get away from the noise. The staff was excellent as well and really helped make the trip.
I’m from the US so take with a grain of salt. I wish the AC kept the room a bit cooler at night. We specifically traveled in September though as we know the deal with HVAC in the EU so it was very manageable.

The property was perfect. The room has everything you need for your holiday. The bed was so comfortable, the walk-in shower was a pleasure, you have a fridge along with tea/coffee making facilities and the view of the lake and mountains is outstanding.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Gorgeous property with amazing views of the lakes, just a short walk from the centre of Bellagio. The hosts made the stay so special and even picked us up from the ferry station upon arrival and we had a beautiful breakfast served daily. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!
Nothing!!

"La struttura in sé per sé, come è tenuta . La pulizia. La tranquillità.
L'accoglienza dei proprietari. In particolare di Andrea. Sempre disponibile per tutto, a darti consigli .
