Riad Najiba

Everything about this riad was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, the guy working there was genuinely super nice and helpful, and the lady who made breakfast was really nice too. The food was delicious every single morning! On top of that, the riad was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and in location that made exploring so easy.

- Shower is awkward to use, there isn't really anywhere to put your things and the floor gets soaked - Some of the bathroom fixtures were very worn - Sound very much travels, but that's the nature of a riad

Great location, previous reviews mention it being a struggle to find but we didn’t have a problem. Just the nature of a Moroccan city residence. Room was clean and towels were provided.

These old riads don’t have any sound proofing, so would advise light sleepers to take ear plugs. Not that guests were excessively noisy, it’s just because of the style of building. Also call to prayer was at 4.30am and it was very loud at that location which could potentially interrupt sleep. Would stay again though, all part of the charm of the place. Showers were in the same room as the toilets and there wasn’t a lot of space, so everything in the room got wet. Not necessarily a big deal but something to be borne in mind — maybe take a waterproof bag in for dry things and potentially no staff on duty to dry things off in the night and nothing provided for guests to do it themselves.
