Good location. Nice clean rooms. Check in process was terrible but otherwise good overall place.

Apartment very comfortable and clean in a beautiful residential area. We felt at home ! The location is also very good, clean neighbourhood with a lot of malls, shopping places, restaurants…

The AC is a little nosy (but at least it’s there) but everything was perfect otherwise

Location is great. Close to different malls, convenience store, and supermarket. Close to public transportation as well. We didnt expect that the cooking and dining utensils are complete. The unit is huge enough for a family of 8 like us. They provided our request to have enough number of towels, blankets, sheets and extra matress. The AC is cool enough. They also provided toiletries. The unit and the comfort room is clean. The owner sir Jeffry and ate Em are very accommodating and responsive. Will surely book this again the next time we travel to Manila.

I just saw one small cockroach in one of the bedroom. There was someone who tried to open the front door during our 2nd day of stay. We reported it to the lobby and said that it might be a broker, but we are really doubtful because the guy didnt even used the doorbell and just tried to open the door with force.

The location is perfect it is accessible to everything like supermarket, transportation, mall, restaurant etc. and the unit itself was great the 2 bedrooms was neat and tidy as well as the bathroom, the kitchen has a complete cooking wares like stove, cuttleries, plates, refrigerator ans so on. My family and I had a great time because of spacious and homey vibe. The place was well taken care of. We’ll definitely go back and its highly recommended.
