An absolutely charming hotel with such kind and welcoming staff. Exceptional value for money.

Location was nice, close to everything.

Staff, communication, attitude — a holy trinity of disappointment. Warm water for the shower? A luxury apparently reserved for places that actually function. The water pressure was so weak it felt like someone was nervously drizzling from a plastic bottle two floors above. Absolutely pathetic for a place that charges money to exist. The owner is a special kind of chaos. Allegedly speaks 14 languages — impressive on paper, useless in practice, since none of those languages apparently include logic or basic human decency. When communication breaks down (which it will), don't worry — it's YOUR fault. You weren't clear enough. You didn't phrase it correctly. Somehow you, the paying guest, failed the owner's secret comprehension exam. The audacity is genuinely breathtaking. The whole establishment runs like a circus — and not the entertaining kind. More like the kind where no one knows what they're doing and someone's always about to get hurt. The only reason this place isn't getting a single star is that they managed to be somewhat pleasant, in terms of cleanness and to the bride during our bachelorette party — so congratulations, you cleared the absolute lowest possible bar. Will I return? Not if it were the last establishment on Earth.
