The property had all the facilities we were looking for & an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea as shown in the pictures. All kitchen utensils & machines were available. Ample space in the wardrobe in both the rooms. Toilets were clean & functional. Fresh towels were provided even before asking for it. Host provided all information & answers to our queries via Whatsapp in a timely manner.
Have to climb up 4 floors (difficult if you have a lot of luggage); but you cannot escape stairs in Dubrovnik. Kitchen area is small (2 people can barely fit).

The view was amazing. 3 airconditions. High standard.
Communication is important for both guest and host. As a guest we recommend that you focus on having a good communication with the host. Thats important for the host too. If you intend to stay several days, and focus on the old city, you should know that its quite hard walk to the apartment in the sun with high temperature.

The apartment was wonderful for our group of four. The view was stunning!
Difficult to bring large suitcases up multiple flights of stairs.
