Bellissima villa fronte lago con vista sul lago di Travis e sulle colline circostanti. Rilassatevi in questo resort in stile gated community e godere delle due piscine all'aperto paesaggistico e vasche idromassaggio. Abbiamo anche una piscina interna riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio e sauna secca che rende questo luogo un inverno perfetto allontanarsi troppo. C'è una palestra e campi ben attrezzati campi sulla proprietà per gli ospiti da usare. Siamo anche convenientemente situati vicino al ristorante e spa in loco. Il ristorante è aperto ad orario limitato durante i fine settimana. Abbiamo anche lavatrice e asciugatrice per gli ospiti da usare. La cucina è ben attrezzata con pentole in acciaio inox e padelle, macchina per il caffè, microonde, frullatore, e tostapane. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto che si apre come un letto queen size. Camera da letto aveva un letto matrimoniale e una splendida vista su lago e paese di collina. Godetevi il sole che tramonta la sera da fuori balcone mentre si guarda le barche crociera intorno, la sua magica! Il limite per il numero di ospiti è di 4. Se si ha bisogno di più spazio consulta la nostra proprietà adiacente, Villa 2, che si trova proprio accanto e può ospitare un ulteriore 4 persone per un totale di 8 persone. Consideriamo 1 notte gli affitti più di giorno della settimana. Se si desidera prenotare per una notte nei giorni feriali, si prega di chiedere.

The property as a whole is a little outdated and run down but overalĺ it had all the things we were looking in our quick trip to Texas. Our specific unit was clean and comfortable and our host Jaya was great with local recommendations!

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing peaceful weekend get away for our anniversary. The property was quiet w plenty of deer running around. We enjoyed the sauna and gym and hot tub immensely.

This was a great getaway from our busy lifes in the city. The nature and country style surroundings was amazing. Feeding the deer was peaceful. I recommend anyone to stay in this room close to the elevators and alot of space. Very clean and any questions the host was quick to respond. Me and my wife will be coming back to this spot.

Our host was amazing, providing us with a ton of great information. The property itself was gorgeous and very clean. The villa was perfect for our needs. We were disappointed by the lake level (not their fault) and how most things are closed at the start of the week (restaurants and wineries). This forced us to relax so not a bad thing.

Unit was great, very clean. Bed was very comfortable ,. Owner very helpful & check-in was easy. What would make this 5 star place was if it had more kitchen items. Lack of ice made things a little tricky when venturing out in heat. More than 1 ice cube tray is needed. Simple things like a measuring cup & pizza cutter should be added. But other than that it was a great condo overall.

My husband booked a solo trip for me to get away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Beautiful property, excellent view of the lake. Loved being among nature with the friendly deer and the sound of birds chirping. I sat on the balcony and watched the boats pass, people skiing. Nice location to both pools. The host was responsive and went out of her way to be helpful. She provided a list of recommended restaurants nearby within a few minutes drive. She also provided a list of things to do along with contact information. My husband and I are already planning to return.

This property was very beautiful. I give this property 5 stars however the grounds were not very well maintained. There were lights and switches in the villa that didn’t work which seems to be typical of most places. I definitely would recommend this property

The views from the balcony were beautiful, I stayed during the week and it was so quiet, I would definitely recommend it. Overall, the place was clean and big enough for me and my daughter.

Booked during none peak season and it was great. Very little traffic and noise. Overall very relaxing stay and great property.

Overall experience was good. Small things should be handled better.
1) Surround sound for living room TV did not work.
2) Bought batteries to replace the corroded ones in the kitchen clock so it would work.
3) Dryer was not working properly. Was not expecting to empty the lint filter for the dryer. The filter had literally 2 inches worth.
4) Additional racks were needed. There was no place to hang towels that needed to dry.
5) The information in the binder was outdated. The check out times were different from what we were told.

The location was great, very quiet and peaceful and clean. Would definitely stay again. Host was prompt and responsive to messages and emails. I highly recommend staying here.

We were a little surprised to realize how far outside of Austin this was. Everything around Lago Vista is privately owned so if The Island's amenities are not open (they were not on our trip) then you have nothing to do.... it took us a day and half to figure out how to get down to the water. So location was not our favorite but it ended up working out with Viking Ship Kayak delivering some paddle boards! Also, it was not the cleanest. There was a huge roach in the bedroom when we arrived. Overall, it worked out, but we'll stay in Austin next time. Lots of snags, but overall we had a good trip.

We had a great time. Condo was clean and had everything needed. Nice patio and comfy seats to sit out and enjoy the view. Pools are nice! Lots of things to do during summer on the lake. Location is a place you want to go to just relax. Property manager was excellent! Will go back sometime soon. Great getaway.

Property was all we expected. Convenient and clean. Peculiar smell in air but not condo but bleeding into it. Nothing air freshener could not fix. Overall very satisfied. Worth our investment. 😊

This was a beautiful resort. Quiet and clean. There are deer everywhere. The views from the balcony are beautiful. We did not get to tour the property like we wanted to, we were just too busy. My only criticism is the smell on the balcony, makes it almost impossible to sit out there. The smell permeated the bedroom too. I saw this in other reviews as well. There was only 1 light bulb in the bedroom working so it was a little dim. Outside of that, we would definitely stay again.

Lakeside sunset your thing?
A wonderful property and not overrun by too many people. Got the advertised sunsets over the lake and the view was impeccable. The unit was perfect for us and clean and efficient. Just a side note, a $99 dollar microwave and a broom and dustpan would be appreciated the next stay. But those are minor details. We now plan to make this a yearly excursion, if not more, to this great condo on Lake Travis. Our compliments to the owner and cleaning crew.
