The property is near to the river. There is a supermarket nearby. The property is big and spacious.

Rooms are connected to each other. No livingroom or dining area but they have a big space outside for BBQ. Nice place for summer.

Wonderful view everything is amazing you can see the Bune river , the Resting House Oaza has got amazing garden which consists of different roses 🌹 , apple 🍎 trees, berries and others.

The property has got two houses one is little bit Old and difficult to stay in it but the other one is modern and new which is comfortable for family and it has Three bedrooms.

The views across the River Una are breathtaking, lovely outside area to utilise if the weather is good. Plenty of space inside, although mainly set out as bedrooms. You can walk easily into Bihac to the bars/ restaurants and sights within the town. It was great being able to pick fruits from their orchard, especially the plums. Communication was great, and very hospitable.

We only used part of the house, as it is accessed from two separate entrances. It would have been good to have had an indoor lounge area as the weather was poor on our visit. It would be good to have a mop/ floor wiper to clear the water from the wet room after a shower. Plus a bin inside the kitchen. Mainly niggles, nothing major.

Furniture is old No living room 1 bedroom is in the corridor and 1 bedroom is separate with a different access. No heating system, you need to rely on the AC.

First of all the owner was so friendly and kind. The house is clean and big. The location is quite and nice. Kitchen has almost everything you need to cock. Next to house there is a grocery where you can buy. The outside is nice and has big place for kids. Suitable for families.
