Чудесный очень с отличным руфтопом, вид на город очень впечатляет. Очень тихо, совсем не слышно шумного города. Кристально чистый бассейн. Отличная еда, все очень вкусно, и цены нормальные. Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!

Жаль что мало времени провели в этом чудесном месте. Было очень хорошо!

WARNING, TOURIST TRAP !!!! Dont believe positive rewievs!!! Exterior of hotel looks good, but rooms walls are COVERED of mould, most in "Luxury category" room. If you book standard category room, it is unusable because of mould on walls. Dirty and stained linen on bed. Personal dont care, no correction even after many requests. If you want escape from this disgusting place same day as booking because by all these defects room is uninhabitale for human, you can forget for money you paid, you will not get them back.

Very friendly staff and a nice quiet location out of the hub of the city but still close enough to all the essentials. Very affordable rate and very clean.

Not a dislike but lack of a fridge and safe. Especially a safe would be helpful in the room. It was also strange to not have a blanket/duvet ready on the bed. Upon request, a blanket was brought.

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. It is with regret that I have to provide a negative review, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that improvements can be made for future guests. First and foremost, upon entering the room, I was immediately appalled by the condition of the bathroom. It was far from clean, with visible dirt and grime on the surfaces. This lack of cleanliness is completely unacceptable and greatly impacted my overall comfort during my stay. To my surprise, there were no basic amenities such as body wash or lotion provided in the bathroom. These essentials are standard in most hotels and their absence left me feeling neglected as a guest. It is disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail and consideration for guest needs. Furthermore, the welcome I received upon arrival was far from pleasant. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, failing to provide the warm and hospitable greeting one would expect from a reputable establishment. This initial encounter set a negative tone for the entire duration of my stay. The air conditioning in the room was another source of disappointment. Despite adjusting the settings, the air conditioning was not sufficient to adequately cool the room. This made for an uncomfortable and restless night, further diminishing the quality of my stay. Additionally, I must highlight the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the common areas of the hotel. The absence of doormats resulted in dirty footprints throughout the premises, which not only looked unappealing but also posed a potential safety hazard. Furthermore, the condition of the lift was deplorable, with noticeable dirt and grime covering its interior. As a paying guest, I expected a certain level of cleanliness, comfort, and service, all of which were severely lacking during my stay at your hotel. I believe it is crucial for you, as the management, to address these issues

very nice room, wooden furniture looks very nice, quiet area and very good staff

the room is rather old so everything looking very used, some lights didn’t work and view to the wall
